“Stranger Things” star David Harbour has unexpectedly dropped out of an acting project. Harbour, who played Jim Hopper on all five seasons of “Stranger Things,” stepped back from his role in “Behemoth!,” an upcoming drama from “Michael Clayton” director Tony Gilroy. Variety confirmed the news earlier this week.
The actor who brought us Jim Hopper in “Stranger Things” has dropped out of an upcoming movie that’s in the midst of production. David Harbour was set to appear in the upcoming drama film “Behemoth!” However, a representative from Searchlight Pictures, the company producing the film, confirmed to Variety that the actor has withdrawn from his role.
