Jason Witten, Cowboys legend and franchise leader in multiple categories, is being floated as a potential replacement for head coach Mike McCarthy.

After being selected by the Cowboys as a third-round pick out of Tennessee in 2003, Witten remained with the team until the end of the 2017 season. At that time, Witten retired briefly, joining ESPN's "Monday Night Football" crew.
