Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey announced that all state-run shelters will be inspected and their policies reviewed after a migrant was found with 10 pounds of fentanyl and a large-capacity rifle.

An undocumented immigrant arrested in connection with high-powered weapons and $1 million worth of fentanyl in a state emergency shelter had never applied for housing, Gov. Healey said.

The December arrest of 28-year-old Leonardo Andujar Sanchez was announced last week by the Revere Police Department, which said its officers and the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department recovered an estimated $1 million worth of fentanyl and "a loaded AR-15 with ammo" from a room at the Quality Inn in Revere.
