Evacuation orders have been issued as a large brush fire burns east of Anza in the Ribbonwood area of Riverside County. As of 11 a.m. on Tuesday, crews said the fire was still 5% contained after firefighters on the ground and in night-flying helicopters battled the blaze overnight,

Rosa Fire initially started 12:27 p.m. Aug. 4 in Riverside County, California. Since its discovery 31 hours ago, it has burned 1,658 acres. A fire crew of 775 effectively contained 15% of the fire as of Tuesday evening. However, the cause is still under investigation.
