Clancy’s trial ended in a mistrial after the jury did not reach a unanimous verdict

Lindsay Clancy juror Nick Dargie said he repeatedly asked the holdout to provide evidence to justify his thinking during the tense deliberations that led to a mistrial.

A male juror in the mistrial of Lindsay Clancy said the lone holdout on the 12-person panel wrapped one of the exercise bands the mom used to kill her children around a water bottle to mimic their strangulation in the deliberation room.

Nick Dargie, a member of Lindsay Clancy's jury, appeared on Good Morning America Thursday and slammed the lone guilty voter for miming the children's deaths.
