The man accused of injuring several people during a demonstration in Boulder is being charged with 12 hate crime counts.

The indictment comes after a judge ruled that there was enough evidence to move forward with a hate crime case against Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman was indicted on federal hate crime and explosive charges for attacking a Boulder park with incendiary devices, injuring 15 people and a dog.
