CBS Sports suggested three potential landing spots for Pitts, including two NFC teams and one in the AFC. First on the list was the Dallas Cowboys. Even though the team already traded for former Steelers wide receiver George Pickens, Pitts would give Dallas another weapon for Dak Prescott and company.

The Kyle Pitts saga took another turn on Friday, with the Atlanta Falcons reportedly making the big-name tight end available via trade, just four years after spending the No. 4 overall draft pick on the Florida star.

The Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars were also listed as potential fits for Pitts. The Jaguars moved on from former Giants tight end Evan Engram in the offseason. Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys just added George Pickens in a trade so it may be a little more unlikely that Dallas would be willing to sacrifice draft capital in a trade for Pitts.
