Justin Fields appears to be fine after a scare in practice on Thursday, but how long can the Jets expect to be without him?

Between the high cortisol levels ingrained in Jets fans and some vaguely worded tweets, the New York faithful ran with the panic of another year without a starting quarterback. Fortunately, Fields will be fine. The team announced that he dislocated a toe in his right foot and is considered day-to-day.

Connor Hughes of SNY explained that it's unclear what exactly caused Fields' injury, as the Jets first team returned to the field for just one play before he went down. He reportedly "stood up, sat down, then stood up before he limped off the field [very] gingerly."
