A man attending the Tulsa Juneteenth Festival said people were having fun until shots were fired. That witness says he attends Juneteenth every year, and this one was packed with people having fun. He says it quickly turned into a scary night. "It was terrible, it was a sad situation for all," said Terry Baccus.

The Tulsa Police Department Homicide Unit is asking those who captured video from 10-11:30 p.m. during the Juneteenth event prior to a fatal shooting to share the footage with investigators.
