Nevada's high court rules that former coach and TV analyst Jon Gruden's lawsuit against the NFL can't be forced into arbitration overseen by commissioner Roger Goodell.

Nearly four years after initially suing the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell over leaked emails that cost him his job as coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, Jon Gruden got a significant win in the latest proceedings, with the Nevada Supreme Court blocking the case from going to arbitration.

A Nevada court has apparently cleared the way for a 2021 lawsuit filed by former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden to proceed against Commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL
