Hamilton County Commissioners June 26 approved new lease terms for Paycor Stadium with one commissioner abstaining. The deal would keep the Bengals in Cincinnati through at least 2036 – and possibly 2046 – playing at an improved Paycor stadium thanks to spending by both taxpayers and team.

The Cincinnati Bengals ’ new lease agreement with Hamilton County seemed to come together quickly and, by most accounts, is pretty fair. The deal, which runs through at least 2036, features some headline items like $470 million in renovation budget for Paycor Stadium, featuring a $350 million-$120 million split for county and team, respectively.
