The Trump administration pulled roughly $400 million in grants and contracts from Columbia University, citing antisemitism on campus and its noncompliance with anti-discrimination laws.

The move is part of the government’s efforts to penalize schools it believes aren’t doing enough to combat antisemitism.

The administration has alleged the school failed to combat campus anti-Semitism amid Israel-Gaza protests.
