Attorneys for Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students in 2022, won’t be able to identify specific alternate suspects in his trial, narrowing their options to defend their client.

In a series of final rulings ahead of Bryan Kohberger's capital murder trial, Judge Steven Hippler said lawyers for the man who could be executed, if convicted, won't be permitted to present to the jury the theory that some unknown person is the real killer.

Bryan Kohberger's defense has to go back to the drawing board ... after the judge in his criminal case denied his legal team's efforts to point the finger at four other suspects.
