Charges have been dropped against all but one Colorado law enforcement officer accused of not stepping in and possibly preventing the fatal 2022 shooting of a man in distress who had called 911 for help.

Three officers who were present at the scene when Christian Glass was killed by a Colorado sheriff's deputy had their charges dropped. As part of a plea agreement, those officers made a training video in an effort to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Prosecutors initially charged all seven law enforcement officers who were at the scene when then-Clear Creek County sheriff’s deputy Andrew Buen shot and killed Christian Glass on June 10, 2022.
