Aaron Rodgers made some history with this 500 career touchdown pass before his season — and possibly his Jets career — became history.

Rodgers did it on a 5-yard pass to tight end Tyler Conklin, giving the Jets a 7-6 lead with 7:57 left in the second quarter. Conklin presented the ball to Rodgers, who took it and jogged off the field, receiving a big hug from interim coach Jeff Ulbrich.

Aaron Rodgers did not sound too opposed to taking a seat against the Bills in Week 17. The Jets (4-12) were blown out by the Bills (13-3) in a 40-14 final. Rodgers put up no points while in the game. Then he eventually was pulled from the contest once the Bills went up 40-0.
