The National Transportation Safety Board expects to interview the two pilots who were in the cockpit of an Amazon Air cargo plane that overran a runway.
The pilot and co-pilot have been released from the hospital, Miami-Dade County Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz said Tuesday. Two people remain in critical condition and a third is in stable condition.
The National Transportation Safety Board said Monday that both recorders are headed to Washington, D.C., and will be used to confirm data such as the plane's speed on landing.
