I would park in the residential neighborhood just to the east. You may need to walk a block or two to the Beltline. There are no public lots. As you say, commercial properties do not provide parking for the Beltline.
Is it feasible to do this: Park at botanical garden, walk to Piedmont park, to walk the belt line to get to Ponce market? Feasible as in- is the area walkable from all these destinations?

If you are looking to do a 2 to 3 hour roundtrip walk and you walk fast it would be. Walking the park could be one hour by itself.
