This is a wonderful old Taos adobe home. The original house (now bedroom #2) was once the home of a family of 9-kitchen and bath then were outdoors. It is thought to be 250+ years old and is considered an historical property. Like many Taos homes it was added to in the ensuing years. This home is delightful for a couple. It is a spacious home which is unusual for an old adobe. The layout is perfect for a couple and would be especially comfortable for two couples since the two good sized bedrooms each have full, private baths and are separated by the sunroom and great room. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the sunroom and in the great room is another queen sofa sleeper. Both have new gel foam mattresses Both have all bedding. Cost for these sofa sleepers is $25 per guest per night which can be left at departure. The house is cozy in the winter due to thick adobe walls, two operable kiva fireplaces and very efficient gas heaters in great room and each of the two bedrooms..
