Women's Business Enterprise Council East offers entrepreneurial training, counseling, networking programs and services; access to capital, and women's business enterprise (WBE) certification. Our mission is to foster the development and retention of successful businesses by delivering resources that enable individuals to start new businesses and grow existing ones. WBEC East also facilitates the relationship between corporations, government, and women-owned businesses to provide growth and sustainability.
