**PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING** Due to an upcoming restoration project, guests are asked to avoid balconies and back walkways during construction. Renovations on my building and unit are due to start the week of April 25th. Estimated time of completion for my building and unit is approximately 6 to 7 weeks from the start date. Currently, as of July 27th, the balcony has a tentative date of completion of August 5th, however I cannot guarantee this. I will update again if the date changes.
