Kasich in December, legalized the use of electric bicycles (e-bikes) throughout the State of Ohio beginning on March 8 (this past Friday), and will allow the use of certain e-bikes with the electric motor engaged on the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway, other paved surface bike paths and shared-use paths."
