PRIVATE AND SECURE We are located in a secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. The community is professionally monitored by security cameras throughout with patrolling neighborhood security guards. The Community has a noise curfew that prohibits loud noise between 10 pm - 7. Our townhome is 1.5 blocks from the beach in a secured gated community. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 or 8. GUEST ACCESS Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet and there is no access to the balcony next to the master bedroom. ROOM DESCRIPTION * Upstairs Master Bedroom 1 has a King-size twin XL over twin XL bed with a foam mattress. The room has a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large closet, and two nightstands. * Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with a foam mattress. The room has a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large closet, and a nightstand. *Downstairs Bedroom has a queen bed. It includes a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a closet.
