WEBNov 17, 2008 · Depending on how wide your wheels are, you really only need 2"-4" of lift to clear 33's. If you go with a 22x8.5, you can probably get away with just cranking the torsion bars up 2" and leaving the stock rear block as is.

WEBMar 4, 2014 · Has anyone put a 22x10.5 wheel with a 33" tire on these trucks just being leveled in the front? Any information would be greatly appreciated on this topic. I may need to re-think this and go to a narrow 20" with a 33 instead.

WEBJul 21, 2018 · 33s aren't the issue, but 22s are. They significantly limit your tire selection, and those wheels themselves are only rated for 3500lbs. So you can more or less run 7000lbs on the rear axle, if you can find the tires to do so.
